We do not collect payment card or bank data, tax identification numbers, government ID, phone numbers or your precise location. Skillora does not handle payments: customers and providers agree on price and payment directly. If you type bank details into a chat, they stay in that private chat.
Location is only used if you press “Use my location” on the search page, to sort providers by distance. It is rounded to about 1 km and is not stored.
3. Who receives data (processors)
- Supabase: database and sign-in. Project region: Frankfurt, Germany.
- Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the website.
- Resend: sending account and notification emails (EU region).
- Mapbox: map tiles, only when you open the map view.
- Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
Open for legal review: processing agreements and, where a provider is based outside the EU, the transfer safeguards.
4. Cookies, storage and fonts
Skillora uses only what is needed to run the site: a language cookie and the sign-in session kept in your browser. There is no advertising or analytics. Fonts are served from Skillora itself, so your address is not sent to a font provider.
5. How long we keep data
Retention periods are not yet fixed and will be set after legal review. When you delete your account in the account settings, your profile, messages, interest registrations and personal records are removed or made anonymous; booking history that other people rely on may be kept without your name where the law allows.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@skillora.trade. A self-service data export is not built yet. You can also complain to a data protection authority; for Berlin this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
7. Changes
